This Privacy Policy explains how Bullish Empire ("Bullish Empire", "we", "us"), which operates in the United States of America, collects, uses, and shares information when you visit bullishempire.org or purchase and use our membership (the "Services").
1. Information we collect
- Purchase and account information. When you buy a membership, our payment partner Whop collects your name, email address, billing details, and payment information. Payment card details are handled by Whop and its payment processors; we never see or store your full card number.
- Membership information. Whop shares with us the details needed to manage your membership, such as your name, email, plan, and payment status.
- Community information. If you join our Discord community, we can see your Discord username and anything you post there.
- Communications. If you email us, we keep the message and your contact details so we can respond.
- Technical information. Our hosting provider automatically records basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.
2. How we use information
- To provide your membership and give you access to the community.
- To process payments, renewals, and cancellations through Whop.
- To send you service messages, such as access instructions and important updates.
- To respond to support requests.
- To protect the Services, prevent fraud, and enforce our Terms of Service.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. Cookies
Our own pages do not set advertising or analytics cookies. The checkout embedded on our checkout page is operated by Whop and loads Whop's scripts, which may set their own cookies and similar technologies for payment processing, fraud prevention, and Whop's analytics. That data is handled under Whop's privacy policy.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the Services, including:
- Whop: payments, membership management, and access delivery.
- Discord: our community platform.
- Vercel: website hosting.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, our members, or the public.
5. Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as your membership is active and afterward only as long as needed for legal, accounting, or security purposes.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, email us at BullishempLLC@gmail.com. We'll respond within the time required by applicable law.
7. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, and payments are handled by PCI-compliant processors. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
8. Children
The Services are not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
9. International users
Bullish Empire operates from the United States, and your information is processed in the United States and in other countries where our service providers operate. By using the Services, you understand your information may be transferred to and processed in those countries, which may have different data protection laws than your own.
