These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Bullish Empire ("Bullish Empire", "we", "us"), which operates in the United States of America. They govern your access to and use of the Bullish Empire website at bullishempire.org, our membership, and our private community (together, the "Services"). By purchasing a membership or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Educational purposes only. Bullish Empire provides trading education and market analysis for informational purposes only. We do not provide personalized financial advice or manage funds. Trading involves risk, and all trading decisions are made at your own discretion.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to purchase a membership or use the Services.

2. What we provide

A membership gives you access to trading education, market commentary, trade alerts, and a private community for the duration of your plan. Content, features, and community channels may change over time as we improve the Services.

3. No financial advice

Nothing in the Services is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security, currency, cryptocurrency, commodity, or other instrument.
Alerts, analysis, and examples are general and do not consider your personal objectives, financial situation, or risk tolerance.
Bullish Empire, its owners, and its contributors are not registered investment advisers, broker-dealers, or financial planners.
You are solely responsible for your trading and investment decisions. Consider speaking with a licensed professional before acting on anything you learn.

4. Risk of loss

Trading stocks, options, futures, forex, and cryptocurrencies involves substantial risk, and you can lose some or all of your capital. Leveraged products can result in losses greater than your initial deposit. Past performance, whether actual or hypothetical, does not guarantee future results. Any results shared by us or by members may not be typical and should not be relied on as an expectation of your own results.

5. Memberships and billing

Payments are processed by our payment partner, Whop. By purchasing, you also agree to Whop's terms and policies.
Monthly and Yearly plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel from your Whop account.
Lifetime is a one-time payment for access for as long as Bullish Empire operates the Services.
We may change prices for future billing periods. We'll give you reasonable notice before a price change affects an active subscription.
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy below.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

All purchases and subscription payments made to Bullish Empire are final and non-refundable. Members may cancel their subscriptions at any time without cancellation fees. Upon cancellation, access will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and no further charges will be made.

7. Your account and community conduct

Your membership is for your personal use only. You agree not to share your access, resell or redistribute our content, harass other members, post spam or promotions, or use the community for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or remove access for violations of these Terms.

8. Intellectual property

All content in the Services, including videos, written material, alerts, graphics, and the Bullish Empire name and logo, is owned by Bullish Empire or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, record, publish, or distribute it without our written permission.

9. Third-party services

The Services rely on third parties such as Whop (payments and membership access), Discord (community), and brokers or charting platforms you may choose to use. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their terms.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that any content is accurate, complete, or current, or that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bullish Empire and its owners, contributors, and affiliates are not liable for any trading or investment losses, or for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bullish Empire from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, your trading decisions, or your breach of these Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services will be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in the United States.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
